You can also use the search tool that is available throughout the site through the magnifying glass in the search bar and search by name, category or product reference.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?


Yes, customers are required to create an account when placing an order. Setting up an account also allows simplified access to previous transactions and conveniently saves your personal information to facilitate future orders in CLAW HOME CONCEPT.


IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTED? CAN I ACCESS THIS INFORMATION?


We assume full responsibility for the processing of all information that is communicated to us in the most confidential manner. All information communicated to us will be used only to meet your needs and respond as best we can to all requests. PAYMENT METHODS


WHAT ARE THE VALID PAYMENT METHODS OF CLAW HOME CONCEPT?


After confirming your order on our website, we will send you an e-mail with the proforma invoice, shipping costs, estimated delivery time, bank details and all futher instructions.



DELIVERIES


WHERE DO WE SHIP?


CLAW HOME CONCEPT submits your articles to the whole world.

SHIPPING COST


We calculate shipping cost depending on the cubic meters of the order and also the delivery address. 



AFTER THE ORDER IS SHIPPED, THE DELIVERY TIME IS USUALLY:


Up to 2 business days for Portugal.

Up to 4 business days for Europe.

Up to 7 business days for the Rest of Europe.



If our shipping service is unable to deliver the order, it will retry the next day or contact the customer to schedule a new delivery date and time.

The delivery times can be extended in periods of great flow of orders, as is the case of Christmas.



WHERE IS MY ORDER FROM?


All orders made on clawhome.com are shipped from Portugal.



MY ORDER


HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED? HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?


After payment and validation of your request, you will receive two emails:

The first email confirms the transaction and includes important information, including your order number and a curriculum of the different articles ordered.
The second email contains enclosed the proforma invoice, our bank details and futher information and instructions. 
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Yes. Just send us an e-mail do store@clawhome.com explaining the changes.


HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?


Orders can be canceled through a request directly through the email store@clawhome.com provided that the request has not yet been processed.
